Sarah Lever was a godsend in our recent real estate transactions. As a couple buying our first home together, to selling the condo that we had been living in, she walked us through every step, gave us good advice and kept us from worrying too much. We really appreciated her mantra that she never wants her clients to overpay and we truly believe that to be true. We never felt pressured to put in an offer or to increase an offer beyond our comfort level. We completely trusted that she was working in our best interest in negotiations on our behalf with the sellers agent. 

We will absolutely use Sarah again whether to sell and/or make another purchase and highly recommend her!
