We have been working with Sarah for a couple of years. Sarah helped our family buy 2 condos recently including one which we purchased in less than 48 hours from listing. She knew acting fast would secure the deal and she made it happen! 

We really felt Sarah understood what we were looking for. She was always very quick to respond to any question or request. She has been extremely helpful in setting up showings (both in person and remotely ) and providing  all the information we needed to make informed decisions regardless of whether that led to us making an offer or not. Sarah always reminded us not to get too emotional about a place (which can be easy to do)  as that’s how buyers end up overpaying. We really appreciated her mantra that she never wants her clients to overpay and we truly believe that to be true. We never felt pressured to put in an offer or to increase an offer beyond our comfort level. We completely trusted that she was working in our best interest in negotiations on our behalf with the sellers agent. 

We will absolutely use Sarah again whether to sell and/or make another purchase and highly recommend her!
