Sarah always reminded us not to get too emotional about a place (which can be easy to do)  as that’s how buyers end up overpaying. We really appreciated her mantra that she never wants her clients to overpay and we truly believe that to be true. We never felt pressured to put in an offer or to increase an offer beyond our comfort level. We completely trusted that she was working in our best interest in negotiations on our behalf with the sellers agent. 

We will absolutely use Sarah again whether to sell and/or make another purchase and highly recommend her!

Sarah was instrumental in helping me purchase my first condo.
