It was a great pleasure working with Sarah Lever in what was a stressful, yet exciting experience in helping our daughter in her quest to find her new home. We started off by looking for a rental unit initially then decided to explore the idea of purchasing a condo and the service we received from Sarah was incredible. Sarah Lever is amazing and a natural realtor. Within 24 hours of our first meeting she had my home photographed and advertised, she kept a firm hand on the wheel during the process and she deftly stickhandled all the closing details. Working with Sarah was an absolute pleasure when we were looking for our first home. Sarah always reminded us not to get too emotional about a place (which can be easy to do)  as that’s how buyers end up overpaying. We really appreciated her mantra that she never wants her clients to overpay and we truly believe that to be true. We never felt pressured to put in an offer or to increase an offer beyond our comfort level. We completely trusted that she was working in our best interest in negotiations on our behalf with the sellers agent. 

We will absolutely use Sarah again whether to sell and/or make another purchase and highly recommend her!
